Tiny Eggs!

We now have two eggs a day from our four quail hens.  They are tiny and frankly, very cute. You can only get about a bite from each egg, so we're still supplementing with chicken eggs from the Farmer's Market and even the grocery Store, as the market only runs every two weeks in Winter. Today we went to the market and they only had a carton of 10 eggs for sale, so pretty sure we're going to keep grocery store eggs on hand for the foreseeable future.

We plan on increasing our flock this year, but we'll have to buy a incubator first. After that, we'll be raising the next generation for more eggs and meat for the first time. I'll keep the updates coming!
